Superb garden, heated swimming pool 9.50x1.70m, two terraces and located in a calm environment, make this Villa a haven of peace while being nearby and accessible on foot or by bike, from the most beautiful beaches of Arcachon (including Pereire beach), downtown Arcachon or Moulleau.

Composed of 6 bedrooms and able to accommodate 12 people, the villa consists on the ground floor of a large living room with TV, a huge dining room and kitchen facing south, all with elegant decoration. You can also access the terrace overlooking the garden and its swimming pool.
Take the stairs to reach the 1st floor which serves three bedrooms. The first has a queen size bed (160x200) and access to the balcony. The second offers 2 single beds (90x200). The third bedroom offers a queen size bed (160x200). A bathroom with bath and wc serves the 3 bedrooms.
